California law requires companies with 50 or more employees to provide their supervisors and managers with at least two hours of sexual harassment prevention training every two years. New supervisors must be trained within 6 months of starting their supervisory position. NCHC’s training seminars are offered to help your company comply at a cost-effective price. The training is also beneficial for supervisors and managers of smaller companies.

Seating is limited to 22 participants, so please make your reservation promptly. Attendees will be provided with a sexual harassment training acknowledgement form that they can sign and return to their employer for their personnel file.
